Foundation
PEW Solutions was founded in London with a focus on property letting services for UK-based clients. Starting with a team of just 3 people, we managed a small portfolio of residential properties.
Expansion into Recruitment
Responding to client needs and our current network with Leadtalent, we launched our manpower agency services, initially focusing on FMCG, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Hospitality and retail sectors. This marked our first service diversification.
Vietnam Office Opening
Established our first international presence with an office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, expanding our recruitment services to connect European talents with Asian businesses and opposite.
Launch of Member Savings Solutions
Introduced our innovative loyalty and savings programs, helping businesses enhance customer retention and satisfaction through tailored reward systems.
Global Trading Division
Launched our global trading services, facilitating international commerce and supply chain solutions for businesses looking to expand their market reach.
Netherlands Expansion
Opened our European office in Ermelo, Netherlands, strengthening our presence in the EU market and expanding our global trading management portfolio.

With over 15 years of executive talent recruitment. Trang will head the Global HR Recruitment product platform as well as being a Director for our Vietnam operations. With a very diverse skill set rooted in HR and Talent Development & Training, she has a very service oriented mindset with the customer always as a top priority.
